Social Responsibility
I hope we can all agree that being socially responsible and giving back to the community is an act of goodness. And, not just in these matters, in general, goodness is the only investment you can make that will never fail.
I believe that we’re all equally capable of doing our part in saving our planet, supporting economic sustainability, and being good neighbors in our communities. Businesses even more so. Some of us can do a lot, some can do less than that, but the point is – that’s great, because whatever you can do – it’s enough. One remarkable thing here is that it builds up, so no act is too small when doing good.
I also enjoy helping others discover and practice social responsibility through my work. For businesses, a good CSR strategy can be a real game-changer. For individuals, it’s super easy; it sometimes takes as much as a slight change in your views, but it is so rewarding.

Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
I believe that everyone should have equal opportunities in life, which means that regardless of one’s race, color, religion or belief, national, social, or ethnic origin, sex, age, physical, mental, or sensory disability, medical status, sexual orientation, gender identity and/or expression, marital, civil union or domestic partnership status, past or present military service, family or parental status, everyone should be able to fully participate in... well, in - life.
This is one of my general life guides, which I also apply in my work.
And I love helping others be more inclusive, considerate, and eclectic in their ways, inside and outside the office. Understanding diversity, encouraging inclusivity, and fostering equity is how we all grow and succeed. It’s true.
Pro Bono work
Through my pro bono program, I carefully select one project each quarter with entrepreneurs and business owners from marginalized social groups, women-owned businesses, social enterprises, charity organizations, associations, and boards in many industries and focus areas.
